fake people sounds weird, but I guess there are vampires here and they certainly can't be going around killing people either.
[Lydia is pretty sure Elijah would have told her if he was a murderer in the city. She hopes.]

oh, no, i have a vampire friend and she doesn't do that

but i can't always tell if the other ppl WISH they could kill people or not though

I doubt it's something we can just ask them either.
We just have to trust that if anyone does try to hurt someone else that the ones in charge are aware of it and the ones that can help stop him actually help.
